Thomas More Wins PAC Men's All-Sports Trophy; Women Third

(GREENVILLE, Pa.) – Thomas More College won the 2017-18 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Men's All-Sports Trophy and finished third in the Women's All-Sports Trophy.

The all-sports trophies are annually awarded to the schools which perform the best across the board in league competition. First-place finishes are worth 10 points, runner-up finishes are worth nine points ... last place is worth one point.

The men's all-sports trophy is Thomas More's second straight. They used spring titles in baseball and tennis and runner-up finishes in golf and outdoor track and field to secure this year's trophy. Thomas More combined for 88 points in the league's 11 championship sports, overcoming a 2.50-point deficit after the conclusion of the winter championships.  The men's team won PAC Championships in soccer, basketball and baseball.

Thomas More finished third in the women's standings to Westminster College and Grove City College in the standings.  The women's teams won PAC Championships in soccer, volleyball, basketball and softball.
