Chris Eilerman enters his fourth season as the head men's tennis coach at Thomas More College during the 2017-18 academic year. He is also in his fifth season as the head women's tennis coach at Thomas More.
In his first season (2014-15) leading the men's team, Eilerman led the Saints to a 7-8 overall record, including a 4-3 record in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC). Thomas More finished fifth at the PAC Championship and Sergio Pascual placed third at No. 1 singles at the PAC Championship.
During Eilerman's second season (2015-16), Thomas More posted a 2-11 record and an 0-8 record in the PAC, while finishing ninth at the PAC Championship.
During the 2016-17 season, he led the Saints to a 14-6 record and a 7-1 record in the PAC. The Saints won their first-ever Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championship, which ended Grove City College's 26-year reign and advance to their first-ever NCAA Division III Championship.
Eilerman earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting with an Associate degree in Business in 1995 from Thomas More. As a four year starter for the Saints tennis team, he earned First Team All-Conference designation all four years, in addition to being a two time Most Valuable Player and team captain. During his college career, he earned three conference singles and four conference doubles titles culminating with his induction into the Thomas More College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012.
As a teaching professional, Coach Eilerman is USPTR certified and is employed as a tennis professional at Five Seasons Sports Club in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. In addition, he also currently serves as the Assistant Varsity Coach for the Covington Catholic High School boy's tennis team.
