Chris Eilerman enters his fourth season as the head men's tennis coach at Thomas More College during the 2017-18 academic year.  He is also in his fifth season as the head women's tennis coach at Thomas More.

In his first season (2014-15) leading the men's team, Eilerman led the Saints to a 7-8 overall record, including a 4-3 record in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC).  Thomas More finished fifth at the PAC Championship and Sergio Pascual placed third at No. 1 singles at the PAC Championship.

During Eilerman's second season (2015-16), Thomas More posted a 2-11 record and an 0-8 record in the PAC. Although the Saints finished ninth at the PAC Championship, senior Sergio Pascual placed third at No. 3 singles earning Honorable Mention All-Conference.

During the 2016-17 season, Coach Eilerman led the Saints to a 14-6 overall record and a 7-1 record in the PAC.  The Saints won their first-ever Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championship, which ended Grove City College's 26-year reign and advanced to their first-ever NCAA Division III Championship. At the conclusion of the PAC Championship, Eilerman was named the Men’s Tennis Coach of the Year. He also coached several players that were awarded the PAC Player of the Week and/or Rookie of the Week as well as having several players named first team All- Conference.

Eilerman earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting with an Associate degree in Business in 1995 from Thomas More. As a four year starter for the Saints tennis team, he earned First Team All-Conference designation all four years, in addition to being a two time Most Valuable Player and team captain. During his college career, he earned three conference singles and four conference doubles titles culminating with his induction into the Thomas More College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012.

As a teaching professional, Coach Eilerman is USPTR certified and is employed as a tennis professional at Five Seasons Sports Club in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. In addition, he served as the Assistant Varsity Coach/ Co Head Coach for the Covington Catholic High School boy's tennis team from 2012-2016. During his 5 years at Cov Cath, the team won 5 Ninth Region titles and was the KHSAA Team State Runner Up in 2015.
