(LOUISVILLE, Ky.) – The Thomas More College men's cross country team finished 23rd at the Greater Louisville Classic today (Saturday, October 1, 2016) at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Saints recorded 746 points to finish 23rd out of 43 teams at the event.
Thomas More had four runners finish in the Top-200 as sophomore Michael Campbell (Cincinnati, Ohio/LaSalle) was 109th with a time of 27:08.71, first-year Josh Hannon (Edgewood, Ky./St. Henry) was 133rd with a time of 27:27.36, sophomore Ross Klocke (Alexandria, Ky./Bishop Brossart) placed 176th with a time of 28:00.74 and first-year Oscar Ramirez (Florence, Ky./Ryle) was 189th with a time of 28:08.67. Four other Saints finished in the Top-300 as sophomore Ronny Smith (Alexandria, Ky./Bishop Brossart) was 256th with a time of 27:17.66, sophomore Chris Loos (Highland Heights, Ky./Bishop Brossart) was 273th with a time of 29:36.50, sophomore Josh Pusateri (Washington, Pa./Trinity) was 288th with a time of 29:56.39 and sophomore Jarod Davis (Aurora, Ind./South Dearborn) was 29th with a time of 30:08.08. Senior Alex Bramer (Independence, Ky./Holy Cross) was 321st with a time of 30:51.93 and first-year Cam Van Huss (Covington, Ky./Ludlow) was 369th with a time of 33:07.32.
Thomas More returns to action on Friday (October 7) when it travels to Wilmington, Ohio to compete in a dual meet against Wilmington College.
