(LATROBE, Pa.) – The Thomas More College men's cross country team finished fourth today (Saturday, October 29, 2016) at the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championship hosted by Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
The Saints tallied 104 points to finish fourth out of nine teams. Saint Vincent won the team championship with 47 points.
Thomas More had two runners earned All-PAC honors at the meet. Sophomore Michael Campbell (Cincinnati, Ohio/LaSalle) earned first team honors as he was fourth overall with a time of 27:58. First-year Josh Hannon (Edgewood, Ky./St. Henry) was second team as he was ninth with a time of 28:24.
Four other Saints finished in the Top-50 as first-year Oscar Ramirez (Florence, Ky./Ryle) was 23rd with a time of 29:02, sophomore Ross Klocke (Alexandria, Ky./Bishop Brossart) was 39th with a time of 29:52, junior Brandon West (Cincinnati, Ohio/Elder) was 43rd with a time of 29:59 and sophomore Chris Loos (Highland Heights, Ky./Bishop Brossart) was 48th with a time of 30:18. Sophomore Ronny Smith (Alexandria, Ky./Bishop Brossart) was 51st with a time of 30:30, sophomore Josh Pusateri (Washington, Pa./Trinity) was 68th with a time of 31:27, sophomore Jarod Davis (Aurora, Ind./South Dearborn) was 73rd with a time of 31:38, senior Alex Bramer (Independence, Ky./Holy Cross) was 84th with a time of 32:10 and first-year Cameron Van Huss (Covington, Ky./Ludlow) was 104th with a time of 35:20.
The Saints are scheduled to compete at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional on November 12 in Center Valley, Pennsylvania.
