Britt Lauck is in her first season as an assistant women’s basketball coach at Thomas More College during the 2017-18 academic year.
Lauck comes to Thomas More from Ohio Northern University where she completed a stellar career in 2017. In 2016-17, she was the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Player of the Year as she led the team to the program’s first-ever appearance in the sectional finals (Elite Eight) of the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament. Lauck was named a First-Team WBCA All-American, making her the first Ohio Northern women's basketball player to receive First Team honors. She also became the 14th member of Ohio Northern's 1,000-point club (1,005 points) and broke the school-record with 112 assists during the 2016-17 season. Lauck finished her career ranked third all-time with 261 assists and fifth all-time with 123 made 3-pointers and an .804 free throw shooting percentage.
Lauck, a Lima, Ohio native, graduated from Ohio Northern in 2017 with a degree in mechanical engineering. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Thomas More.
