Women's Lacrosse Falls to Westminster in Season Finale

(NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.) – The Thomas More College women's lacrosse team closed out the 2018 season today (Saturday, April 28, 2018) with an 18-4 loss to Westminster College in an Ohio River Lacrosse Conference (ORLC) match at Harold Burry Stadium in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.

With the loss, the Saints end the season at 1-9 overall and 1-9 in the ORLC.  With the win, the Titans improve to 5-9 overall and 5-6 in the ORLC.

The Saints had goals by junior Jalee Connor (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton), sophomore Erin Carrus (Winchester, Ky./George Rogers Clark), senior Sydney Polster (Cincinnati, Ohio/Anderson) and sophomore Allison Seissiger (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton).

Junior Jeni Hall (Lebanon, Ky./Marion County) suffered the loss in goal as she played all 60 minutes between the pipes and recorded 12 saves.

Polster led the team in draw controls with three.  Polster and Hall led the team in ground balls with four each.
